It’s easy to install with regards to the electrical side of it but once the ceiling plate is up and secured and all the wirings are wired correctly, it’s a bit pain in the (behind) because you have to hang the “crystals one by one. I love this chandelier. It was easy to install but it took a little time to hang all the crystals. The ad said it was used but it was clean with no damage and packaged like it was new.
